This dish will warm my loved ones' tummies (mainly mine), only thing is that I will have to use jalapeno instead of fresh red chili, it might make it a tad sour but I'll try it anyway :)

I tried this recipe today! Perhaps it's my Thai Red curry paste, but the dish came out very salty. It was still edible of course, but for my own taste I'd skip the salt and maybe add some water. Thank you for sharing your recipe with us, Titli love.

Yum, I love anything with prawns. Prawn curry also = happy tummy! Titli, if I was to add bamboo shoots (as in the sliced type that come in a tin), when would you suggest adding them, with the prawns or beforehand? Love an oul bamboo shoot or water chestnut with a prawn for the crunchiness.

Titli it looks really good but would warn people to be wary of the amount of salt to add, often the curry paste can be pretty salty already as there are so many types on the market therefore may require almost little or no salt/fish sauce. Taste as you go is the best suggestion I reckon, oh and season towards the end the cooking rather than the beginning IMHO :) keep those fab recipes coming :)

Standard size, e.g 1 tsp = 5 ml, 1 tbsp = 15 ml
