Make sure you keep her cold! I keep mine at 66-68 degrees and that’s great for mine. Some people say 64 is best. I got a cheap computer fan and it lowers mine 10-12 degrees. You need to take that lid off or get a screen lid to help with the tank staying cool. They have some great hides at Walmart I got one that looks like a log. And they also have turtle ones that will work.

Make sure to turn off the aquarium’s lights, they kinda prefer the dark

The water was so clear that i couldn’t even tell there was any until i saw the axolotl swimming.

I really enjoyed this video. I know everyone wants to skip to the box opening, but discussing the set up is so important and helpful!
