Also important to take this as a reminder that you don't have to buy everything on your gear wishlist when you can just buy the right tools or diy to achieve the same effect instead. That cinefoil stuff is so cool! 😄

Man, when I went to University and we were shooting stuff for our sketchy Uni-TV, we used to use Cinefoil for EVERYTHING. I remember having no lighting equipment whatsoever but using a combination of Cinefoil and regular tinfoil to shape the light from bare lightbulbs. That stuff is crucial when you’re on a budget. Also kudos to my Uni for investing next to no money in lighting equipment but basically owning an infinite amount of foil 😂
