CIA boss ‘secretly’ visits Kyiv, tells Zelensky what to do next in Putin’s war | Report

CNN in a report has said that CIA director William Burns visited Kyiv last week and guided Volodymyr Zelensky on what U.S. wants the Ukraine President to do next in the Russian war. The report said that Zelensky briefed Burns in a secret meeting attended by top U.S. and Ukrainian officials. This comes at a time when Ukraine and its Western allies are expecting a loaded offensive from Russia in the coming months. Watch this video for more details from the secret meeting.

Burns was a political officer in the US embassy in Moscow in 2008 when Bush announced that Ukraine would be invited to join NATO. He says he talked to lots of Russians, of all political persuasions, and they all agreed on one thing, that Russia would never tolerate Ukraine joining NATO. It seems that this knowledge doesn't interfere with his conscience when doing Biden and Blinken's dirty work.

During the meeting Zelensky wanted the CIA to confirm his emergency evacuation flight out of Ukraine and where he going to relocated to in exile.

If history has thought us anything, it's that the US is about the worst reference for waging war, you can think of.
Beside their victory in Panama, the US lost every single war they fought since WWII, even though they never fought an adversary comparable to Russia.
If you're not able to win a war against an adversary with a second tier military force, with virtually no air defenses, outdated equipment and insurgents on sandals with Kalashnikov's and IED's, it's not very smart to think that they can give any advice, which could turn the situation in favor of Ukraine.
The US knows very well that Ukraine will never win this conflict and the only objective they have is to keep this war going for as long as possible, hoping that this will undermine the position of the Russian government in an effort to organize regime change in Moscow.
Unfortunately for the US, their latest regime change efforts (Turkey, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Iran, Venezuela) all failed spectacularly.
It will also fail in Russia and Ukraine will be completely obliterated if they keep following the US lead.
Any further escalation will be met by further escalation from the Russian side, causing even more death and destruction.

Burns was a diplomat and US Ambassador to Russia before he became Director of the CIA and is on record as stating that Russia's claims over the need for Ukraine to be neutral are valid. So perhaps as a nonmilitary man, he was there to tell Zelensky that he needs to negotiate a settlement with Russia before it is too late because there is a limit to the extent the US can go to support him.
