Don't diet for longer than 3 months at a time, even small fatigue can add up. Losing a lot of weight should take multiple phases that includes maintenance/recovery in between caloric restriction

Your amazing and TRUTH-TELLING video gives me such a hit of satisfaction, as I am living this truth for nearly 2 years now and I am transformed. The journaling app is my touchstone and 30 lbs are gone and not at threat of returning because I have fully changed my relationship with food. Food is fuel, not fear. Food is treats, not terror. The discussion of "reasonable" in this video has been the bedrock principle that got me, and keeps me, at goal - and the first thing I learned was neutrality. I muted emotions, allowed for slips, was newly very kind to myself learning the skill of eating reasonably and now I know this is sustainable. Every day is a great day when failure is erased and there is no abyss to fear, since I don't need to be perfect. Just reasonable. I believed at the start I had a shot at getting to goal and decided I was not going to require doing so by any deadline. It took me 18 months, and during those months I did slowly see the scale number descend and the pant sizes shrink, even with times when there was no lower weight reading and no lower pant size. I just trusted I was on the way and kept on, and now I know that it is the keeping on overall that does the job. Thank you, Richa and Lucy, for the illumination Coach Viva provides.

I have lost january to june over 10 kg.
I did lose last year about 5 month over 30kg, but it was because I had surgery and remove gallbladder, .
My shorts was in summer size 46, now it's 41-42.
Last time I use 41-42 size was when I was 18-19 😅

I'm not so thight diet like in spring but still earing much better than last summer.
I did use ro drink Coke every day, now I drink only 1 soda once a week.

Doesn't work for ADHD. I used to love charts & graphs, but my brain can't manage it anymore. Every time I sit down to make a plan my brain gets blank. I need a method for dumb people.
