To everyone who's studying with this music:

Checklist:
• A bottle of water, at least 1 liter. Your brain works better if it has enough water and drinking helps you to concentrate💧
• Your charger. You sometimes don't even notice that your device's battery is going down, so better have it plugged in all the time🔋
• Your headphones. You will be able to focus more with headphones because it blocks background noises. Also, if it's a late-night study session, you won't wake up anyone🎧
• a tea or coffee. Coffee keeps you awake, and green or black tea can make you feel more awake as well. ☕
• Your study/work stuff: your laptop/tablet/phone, a few pens, paper, or whatever you need.⌨
•Anything else you could need, what about a heating pad, a blanket, a good lamp, or your pet so you have a study buddy 🐈

Reminder: After an hour, you should stand up and walk a bit around. Better stop the music or put on different music for the break. Open your window, even if it's cold outside. Fresh air will make it better, trust me.

You could also lay your head down on your desk for ten minutes and listen to a podcast. Or, if you have to read a book, listen to the audiobook of it. You can also listen to the audiobook while doing another thing, that's even better than listening to music while reading the book. 📖

For anyone using this for studying:

Checklist 🍃


• headphones 🎧 - headphones to block out noises so you are focused and zoned out

• battery 🔋- you should have high battery on any studying device, and what you are listening to the music on.

• water 💧- when studying, you should always stay hydrated! You need energy to keep going.

• a tea or coffee ☕️- this may not be needed but it keeps your energy high.

• studying materials ⌨️📖 - this is obvious, but you will actually need these things to study! For example, maybe a few books, a notebook, sketch paper, and a laptop.

• a comfy spot 🛋️ - you should be comfortable when studying, so you don’t have to move around constantly.

• a blanket 🛌 - this is optional, but it provides extra comfort. If it is hot out or warm, this may not be needed.

• a tiny snack 🍌 - this is also optional, but you might get hungry and you need to keep up energy!

• a quiet space 🔇 - if you don’t have headphones or it is still loud quiet spaces are helpful to really get into the void of studying.

• a study buddy 🐕- once again, optional. But it might be nice to have a break and snuggle a pet or stuffie.

Reminders 🌱

• Try to get up every hour or so and just walk around, remember that you need to refresh your body so you aren’t sitting forever!

• If you’re using a computer or any electronic device, try to take a break for a bit so you don’t strain your eyes—and if you can, use blue light glasses.

• If you ever feel tired, hungry, or dehydrated, take a break to boost your moods, get water, eat a snack, or rest your eyes—maybe even take a nap if you have time. You can also just lay your head down on your desk to rest.

• If you are feeling overworked but you still have something like a book or document to read, just keep your eyes rested, don’t try to read those tiny words and make your eyes hurt while you’re tired—try listening to an audiobook or if it’s a document then use a listening option instead.

• Take it easy when you’re studying, don’t overwork yourself. If you ever feel stressed or really anxious, this may seem cheesy, but sit down for 5 minutes and meditate. To do this, just sit down, make a circle with your hands by putting one hand over the other palm and put your thumbs together, and put them to your core. Breathe in and out slowly to clear your mind.

This year for school I've been learning Latin, and it usually takes me around 40 min. to finish my homework for everyday. With this playlist, I'm done in 20 min! 🙂
