To everyone who's studying with this music:

Checklist:
• A bottle of water, at least 1 liter. Your brain works better if it has enough water and drinking helps you to concentrate💧
• Your charger. You sometimes don't even notice that your device's battery is going down, so better have it plugged in all the time🔋
• Your headphones. You will be able to focus more with headphones because it blocks background noises. Also, if it's a late-night study session, you won't wake up anyone🎧
• a tea or coffee. Coffee keeps you awake, and green or black tea can make you feel more awake as well. ☕
• Your study/work stuff: your laptop/tablet/phone, a few pens, paper, or whatever you need.⌨
•Anything else you could need, what about a heating pad, a blanket, a good lamp, or your pet so you have a study buddy 🐈

Reminder: After an hour, you should stand up and walk a bit around. Better stop the music or put on different music for the break. Open your window, even if it's cold outside. Fresh air will make it better, trust me.

You could also lay your head down on your desk for ten minutes and listen to a podcast. Or, if you have to read a book, listen to the audiobook of it. You can also listen to the audiobook while doing another thing, that's even better than listening to music while reading the book. 📖

Study Tips ☁️:

- be prepared, get a snack to boost the energy you’ll need for revising / studying for however long.
- wear headphones, listening to music with headphones in improves focus and concentration, give it a try

- bring a small snack : make sure you have something to nibble on if you become hungry during studying so it’s quicker
- have a revision / study plan : make sure you know what topic(s) you will be focusing on and have a schedule so it’s a lot more efficient.

- turn off all distractions on your devices, and place them in a drawer preferably with a lock so you’re not tempted to get it out :)
- make sure to silence your notifications !!

Make sure to (all of it in a nutshell)🤍:

stay hydrated 🧋 ✅
eat something beforehand 🍧 ✅
charge devices if you’re studying on them 🖥️ ✅
bring a snack just incase 🍥 ✅
charge headphones so you can listen to music 🎧 ✅
stay focused 🧘‍♀️ ✅
light a candle during : it can calm you down 🕯️ ✅
have a little lamp or a source of light, not too bright it’s been scientifically proven that it helps reduce stress ✌️ ✅

**MAJOR TIP** 🪐:
make sure to treat yourself after, by watching a movie that you like for example 🎥
you can also wind down after a long study session by running a nice warm bubbly bath 🛁
open a window, just trust me no matter how cold it is, do it, it will make you feel at ease 💆‍♀️
take a rest, even if it’s just going onto your phone in bed, take time to wind down and lower stress levels 🌸

Study Checklist:

1. Water bottle - Your brain works better with enough water!

2. Good lighting - During the day white light is the best, but if you are studying at night then more orangey darker light will help you sleep after.

3. A healthy snack - Your brain needs energy!

4. Somewhere comfy to sit - Prop yourself up in bed, sit back in your office chair, or make yourself a nook out of pillows!

5. Headphones for your music - Block out distractions, and you won't bother others.

I get anxious really easily and tend to cry bc of it. After every meltdown, I start to regret it and result to SH. Today, I am planning to quit it and I played this playlist after a really bad meltdown infront of school and It helped me so much. I hope everyone is well and loved❤
