Russia and North Korea signed an agreement to build a highway bridge over the Tumen River, which could help China's Northeast region access the Sea of Japan. The bridge is expected to be built near the existing railway bridge on the Tumen River. China, Russia, and North Korea have been discussing the issue of opening the Tumen River estuary, which has been delayed due to geopolitical tensions. However, with the changes in the international situation and Russia's geostrategic strategy, this issue has finally had new hope. The Tumen River Bridge will be dismantled and rebuilt to facilitate the three parties to go to the sea through the Tumen River.

Looks like China can enter the Sea of Japan, get a shorter route and a good port, Russia can get the Chinese to build up a huge base on leased territory and have a common shared economic zone and North Korea gets probably more goods from both and will probably send more workforce to this zone so North Korean living conditions will improve.

In July 2024 I visited Jilin province and the Yanbian Korean Autonomous Region, staying in the towns of Janji, Tumen and Hunchun. There were a lot of Chinese tourists at the Fangchun Senic Area where Russia and the DPRK can be seen, but the border didn't appear to be open at the Quanhedao border crossing bridge from China to North Korea, and there were very few obviously foreign tourists. A new bridge stands closed next to an older bridge over the Tumen River, but that particular area is off limits for anyone without a Chinese ID card.

In Tumen town, I was visited in my hotel (The Frontier Building) by a Chinese Police officer who asked me where I had been and planned to go - he also said taking photos toward the hills of Chaoxian (The DPRK) is not permitted. There was also a brand new road bridge next to an older one, and several new buildings associated with an international border - Customs and Immigration. All were apparently not being used, but for such major infrastructure investments, there must be an expectation of an increase in cross border trade. Speaking to a Tumen local the restriction in movement is from the DPRK side which hasn't yet fully opened up after the Covid pandemic.

Where are decent maps???
An interesting script but we have no idea where the locations you are talking about are! The maps included are useless as are the video fill-ins, I mean, what on Earth are we looking at?

The US and its allies in AUKUS and NATO has no business in Central Asia region. The tripartite cooperation will help to boost economic growth for these 3 great countries. Its history in the making and augur well for peace and growth in this region . The US should just stay in their corner on the other side of the world and mind their own internal social and economic problems. The World has room for all countries to grow and prosper in their own way..

This area which is the confluence of so many powers will shape the future political landscape of the Far east. A dangerous flashpoint if wrongly perceived.

This would have been a lot easier to explain and to understand if you had provided some maps in your video.
