I love how they aren’t just automatically evil. They all literally experienced something that would change them.

They have legitimate reason for being the way they are. I love characters that are not one dimensional.

I remember the Green Lantern: Animated Series on CN. They had a cool concept of "righteous rage" which also powered the red ring. Of course, ultimately the righteous rage would turn into hope, but hey.

Red Lanterns are NOT the villains, they are just pissed off over an extreme loss. The INDIGO Lanterns are the true villains! The ONLY reason they are compassionate is due to their rings. Look up their origin!
