sir in 29:18 how do we know if visibility of 2 letters is a choice or not?i mean from the question language it can also be inferred that visibility of RI among any two letters is the only event that can happen

Should it be 1/8((, because it is mentioned that ' Balls are drawn at random without replacement ', means it is done one by one, but rC3/10c3 means three balls are simultaneously drawn . Although it won't the answer, please tell me I am correct or not.
