Wow, this is really deep and feels like truth! This information is helping me to stay centered when around a mother who is 90. I've been uncomfortable around and avoided my family for my entire adult life. I've done this by being attached to different groups and philosophies.

insane vid holy shit!! i think an egoist take on psych principles is very interesting and needed bc a lot of psych seems to be too morally and culturally influenced in its ideas of ‘health’, esp in regard to attachment and social relation topics.
