Hamas starts Operation Al-Aqsa Flood

Hamas, the group running the besieged Gaza Strip, announces the start of Operation Al-Aqsa Flood against Israel.
Its statement comes after a barrage of rockets is fired from Gaza towards Israel; one woman has been reported killed.

Self evidently this is an extremely professional operation organized by Hamas and a huge miss on the side of the Israeli intelligence and on the standing military forces Israel has on guard duty.. The main question is ok what are Hamas's objectives, will this conflict escalate to other countries, what are Israels objectives and how will their allies react to those objectives, for example worst case scenario is Israel Goes full on Warsaw Ghetto uprising that is a Kill all Destroy all .. full scorched earth on Gaza what happens in that situation
