What document format is best for texts? For instance, I have answers regarding queries of support, and Excel and Word files are not giving me answers for each query I ask about.

Is there a limit of the files that I can upload and can copilot studio do a comparison between different files. Ex: I upload the product manual of a device version 1 and 2. Can copilot studio explain and highlight me the differences what has changed?
