I am working on my Bachelors. I haven't been in Math for nine years so I am in remedial in college. Last year before hitting College Algebra and these videos teach so much better than the online courses. Interesting and keep you locked in which is a major plus. You can graph the line in whatever form it may be in. Then test a point in each region of the coordinate plane created by the line, or lines. If the point's coordinates make the inequality/inequalities true that region should be shaded.

10-3x and -3x+10 are equivalent statements. I am putting the x term first to match the slope intercept form which is y=mx+b
