McDougal-Littel textbook, exercise #18, section 6.7

We graph the inequality y is less than or equal to x - 2.

First, we construct the boundary line, y = x - 2, then we test to find a point on one side of the boundary that satisfies the inequality.

Easy way to determine what part to shade:

If it's greater than (>), it's upward.
If it's less than (<), it's downward.

Thanks. Nice video. However on the regents you have to use pen so I suggest you don't immediately change the greater sign into an equals sign. Because you will have t erase parts of the line if it is a solid line and it is supposed to be a dotted line. And you can't erase pen.
