How do i open the DNS manager?

Edit: I downloaded microsoft's official server manager but i can't "open" it on my pc. Even when i type it in my start menu nothing appears.

What if the address returned from "nslookup" is just a :: (not ::1) and the DNS settings for IPv6 are already on auto?
