'Interstellar' Docking Scene With 'First Man' Moon Landing Music (Justin Hurwitz) [HD]

Fits so well that I just wonder if Damien tracked No Time For Caution into the edit for the moon landing scene 🤔 (and yes there will be an edit of that when First Man comes out on digital). Also the scene itself is quite similar....

Really the only two movies inspiring young people for space exploration

These two scenes: 'docking from Interstellar' and 'landing from the First Man' are one of the best scenes ever created in history of movie making. Emotions and expressions match to the core on both. Background music so perfect that one can watch with the interchanged/experimented and it fits right in. Its just Spine Chilling...

Haha I love this. Nowhere near the original score but interesting! Landing scene in first man was amazing.

This is fantastic! However, I do believe that there is a certain intensity of Interstellar's score, perhaps the 60bpm, perhaps the fact that the chords are not resolved at the end of the phrase, that gives it that edge. But this is fantastic work and I'm glad people find ways of combining great movies and great scores.

The robots in this movie were amazing.
TARS & CASE had more emotions & context than many actors

This was probably one of the best scenes in the movie, in my opinion. They came across so many problems, including the station spinning out of control and finding a way to conceal it. They had to match their speed to how fast the station was rotating, and at the same time they were docking while they were trying to stop it from spinning, and it was a success!! Think of how hard it would be if you were the person doing that. It may look easy, but it's a lot harder than it seems.

Nice job. I shouldn't have been surprised that somebody did this comparison by actually swapping the music with the pivotal scenes. Thanks for the upload

At first I was like, “no, I prefer the original” but after, it was like, whoa that actually fits really well.

When I first saw the moon landing scene in First Man, it reminded me of the docking scene from Interstellar. I knew this would happen soon enough.

That was an interesting study and very well matched with your edit! A little more hopeful sounding than no time for caution but somehow just as epic. I didn’t think that sequence could improve, but this is so close, just a slightly different tone. Cool!
