I think Mihoyo should give special animation for specific character when you leave a coop. Xiao teleports, Venti turns to a wind (like he did in the Dvalin cutscene), Raiden Ei opens a portal, etc.
Also the animation of Xiao teleporting away is already in the game, it can be seen played in numerous cutscenes like in the last Lantern Rite event.
