You've got to be ambitious
Get your ass up and start looking for challenges
You seek opportunities to work hard
You are constantly honing your skills - studying and researching
You take action
Yes, millionaire agents are like tigers always hunting
And, there is nothing wrong with being hunger,
going after the clients -
going after the deals
You are lean and mean
You are focused on success
You want your 6 great investment properties working for YOU - YOU will be rich - wealthy - a millionaire - a multi-millionaire -
Your life will be filled with many wonderful options
Follow the basic plan
Get your 6 properties
Get pay off your mortgages
AND AND
NEVER forget who is giving you money?
Yes, your buyers and sellers - YOUR clients
Yes, love your tenants - they are giving you money
Yes, love your clients - they are giving you money

You are thinking
"I'm going to get wealthy buying 6 properties and paying off the mortgages. I will do the same for MY small core group of clients."

Why can't you do this for others - your clients
Of course, YOU CAN
Remember this important point
You are going to become REMARKABLY like the people you hang around with
Are you going to sit around the real estate office with the loser agents?
Hell, NO.
You want to hang out with the SUCCESSFUL people
Let's say - you are 25 or 30 -
Many of your friends - maybe the majority of your friends are "adult children" still living at home and bitching, moaning, whining and complaining about the unfairness of the economy and how college did them NO good except saddle them with debt
These POOR babies
Sorry to say it - but these pampered twenty-somethings with NOjobs or crappy jobs - unrealistic expectations and no work ethic
They are screwed
They are losers
You can't - probably no one can help them
as they bounce around in the economy from job to job never gaining traction
Forget the losers
Play to the winners
A minority of young people - maybe 20% - are winners - achievers
They are the young doctors and hot shot young lawyers and engineers and software developers and entrepreneurs
They are like you - HARD WORKERS - TOUGH - FOCUSED
THEY are winners
If you believe in "Buy 6 properties - love your tenants - pay off the mortgages and be rich in 20 years"
If you believe in this investment concept
You can sell this investment concept
Network with other successful young professionals and become their real estate investment ADVISOR -
buying and selling properties for them AS they build their portfolios
You find and YOU manage the investments for them
If YOU believe - YOU can sell -
If YOU can put together a client list of a dozen or more young investors -
you pretty much have the foundation for becoming a millionaire real estate agent
As you will learn,
You can do lots of things to become a millionaire real estate agent - YOU can do lots of things or YOU can do this.
