"Zhou" is pronounced as ""Joe". The XIA dynasty is pronounced as "SHA".

It is very interesting to see that within the Shang society class levels or caste was exact the same as in the Hinduism! In Hinduism caste system the priest or Brahmans is the highest caste, the second one is the warrior or noble or Khastriya, the third one is that of Vayishas or merchants, farmer and the last one are the Shudras the slaves!
