Welcome to some more Star Citizen, there is a few subjects I wanted to talk about today, clarification on the 5 - 10 systems at release statement.
Some New Network Libraries possibly heralding more players in Star Citizen sooner & better networking performance.

Star Citizen is a First Person MMO Space Sim that covers combat in ship & on ground, economy and pretty much anything else you would want. It's First Person and built in the StarEngine (a modified Lumberyard Engine). You'll see massive Space Ships that you can fly with friends, land on planets, explore or pirate your way to whatever goal you choose.
Squadron 42 is the Single Player Campaign and the Spiritual Successor of Wing Commander. The Idea is the game is maximum pretty and seamless... NO LOADING SCREENS. It's currently in the Alpha of it's open development with the hope that SQ42 will be released Q4 2017 - Q2 2018.

Even 50 systems would be satisfactory for the full release, 120 is just insane!

This game, as it is promised, is the game of my dreams. I want nothing more than for it to work out and come to fruition. I really hope it does.

I'm an original backer (golden ticket holder) and I'm stoked for this game but damn man, I can't help but feel that this game won't release until my 2 y/o daughter has graduated from high school.

I really enjoy these videos that summarize SC news. There's so much information, that it's often difficult for me to sort through it all.

Well, in my opinion the amount of systems doesn't even matter that much if those couple of solar systems are filled with enough gameplay for the amount of players on the server.

Thanks for putting all of this into a more digestible format. I watch the dev updates but sometimes it reminds me of sitting in a board room with co workers and I tend not to retain everything. Listening to you sum up everything like this is like going back and checking my meeting minutes to refresh me when I need it. Keep it up!

Very nice. I'd heard all the rumours swilling about the "5-10 systems at launch" fiasco, and was hoping it was just a big misunderstanding. I appreciate you clearing it all up for us. Thank you.

Thanks for keeping up the SC content and not letting the development time get to you. SO many channels stopped SC content when they got impatient and realized they were going to have to wait for the game to actually be made.

I think one big thing they should fix is the physics engine. the movement of space/aircraft seems very stiff and unnatural. also am I the only one who's a little "meh" on the warp animations? maybe I've just gotten to used to eve's version but its a little lackluster.

Thankfully the 5-10 systems at launch thing has been clarified. We were having a discussion about it the other day in my org and came to the conclusion that exploring would be pretty limited. Glad to hear that's not the case!

Based on what Captain Zyloh said in his statement regarding the number of systems in the game at release, doesn't it seem clear to you that he implied that all the systems in the starmap will be in the commercial release of the game?

Zyloh said "There are no changes with regards to the planned amount of systems which are well documented on the current Star Map."
