So the shooter was allowed to fly a drone around the area before the event. Walk around with a range finder. Return with a backpack containing the rifle. Scale the roof which “just happened” to be unguarded. Move into position to shoot despite multiple people pointing him out and yelling for help. Get off 8 shots before finally being neutralized. All without ever being approached…isn’t that amazing? 🙄
