Just watched this video this morning and 10 mins later ran downstairs 🏃🏽‍♀️and made my own version. It was sooo good! I added leftover ground turkey (already cooked) and finely chopped up some veggies that I already had prepared (onion, tomato, cucumber) seasoned with olive oil salt n peppa. Used 2 tortillas because the eggs were too big for one and I had smaller tortillas. When done I added a few dollops of greek yogurt and some hotsauce. It was bussin bussin😙👌🏽! Oh and I didn't put any cheese in but I bet that would've been good too! Thanks for the idea! You can really add whatever and make it your own. I wish I could insert the pic of my plate but yeah...it was very goodt!!❤
