CIA finds many Havana Syndrome cases have plausible explanations

NBC's Josh Lederman joins The News with Shepard Smith to report the CIA has found that most Havana Syndrome cases have plausible explanations.

Does this syndrome make it impossible to speak properly, forget simple facts, evacuation ones bowels accidentally, stop job producing industry like the keystone pipeline, ignore critical barriers like the southern border, stop oil industry leases on federal land, increase regulations on oil industry thereby forcing fuel prices to double in one year, and saber rattling with a powerful nation like Russia? It's DEWs of some sort, but that doesn't explain who or why, the IC of the US knows what it is because they do the same thing. Who and why is trickier than answering what.
