Who or What is behind Havana Syndrome? | Inside Story

More than five years on, and the so-called Havana Syndrome is back with us.
Four American diplomats have fallen sick this week with suspected cases of the Syndrome in Paris and Geneva.
U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken says the federal government is working to identify the illness and who or what might be behind it.
The mystery condition has affected about 200 diplomats and their family members since 2016.
Symptoms include migraines, nausea, memory lapses and dizziness

Having deeply studied photonics in college, I can say this is very likely microwaves or radiowaves to pick up audio signals covertly. It's very easily done, and microwaves and radiowaves above certain intensities for sure will cause sounds within the head (such as crackling) that others can't hear and cause these exact symptoms. You can have very small devices that do these things - handheld devices. Note how certain government buildings (e.g. CIA) are jagged and you can't easily bounce, say a laser, off the windows easily to spy on them; this is exactly why. You need a transmitter and receiver to do this, and these are unlikely to be in the same place as 'normal' (directly to and from), but rather at an angle; so you'd need two observation points to do such things for spying. If this happens to someone they should be looking around at buildings, vehicles, or even pedestrians.

I think it's very unlikely it's just to make people feel unwell - governments want information, as it's the most profitable thing you can have against your opponents. If this was the case, then only a transmitter would be required.

These are physical attacks and the most frightening issue is that they aren't just being conducted against diplomats. Civilians are being tortured with this technology and nobody is taking their claims seriously.

Could it be in possible that our own military services are behind the deployment of these bio-weapons!? I at this hour am a victim of these attacks at at homeless designated hotel in Norfolk VA. Throughout the day and night an army of vehicles of every description participating in deploying these biological weapons includes military vehicles, and being Hampton Roads, the seat of all military branches. This army is well equipped with sonar imaging to track you in your home, cell phone detection and theft of cell phone signals to track you wherever you go, as well as directed energy weapons to target and kill you. Whenever there is no war with other countries, the military turns on their own citizens.

It is unethical to keep calling it Havana Syndrome when every time this is referenced it (deliberately) negatively impacts Cuba. Sadly, the diplomats and intelligence officers globally affected have experienced the phenomena across continents. For victims, the condition is understandably scary and distressing, and it merits meaningful research and support. In the meantime, it is time to act responsibly and not repeat the red-herring references to Havana - which conjure images that undermine the safe environment that Cuba strives so hard to provide for diplomats serving here.

I am a victim and have been writing about this from year 2012. First it started to me in Saudi Arabia back in year 2006/07 period. The symptoms appeared to me in the form of Headache and Muscle cramps. Later it continued in different forms until it appeared as symptom Tinnitus back in 2012/13 period and continues till now. Sometimes they create heavy noise in my ear which makes me forced to leave that location, to overcome that disturbing attacking sound. This Tinnitus symptom appear while they are reading my brain through electromagnetic waves(WiFi/BT etc). All updates from 2010 about it is available in my Social media platforms(FB, mails etc). CIA exactly knows who are the people behind this attack. As you know same like 9/11 they will protect the real criminals and won't disclose the files to public..

I am a target individual and I have a question for my fellow ti’s suffering through this phenomenon atrocity that they are trying to hide behind claims of mass hysteria that all walks of life are suffering from. I really am a true ti. i suffer everyday and I relate to everything this guy is saying I know he’s telling the truth. the definition of oppression is (prolonged cruel or unjust treatment or control).
