I have them and they are great. They have mini themes within them with alternative heads, so you have several flavors with the same models. Also being prints you can scale up and down and make the big bugs really big.

Its a cool idea to buy similar minis from other companies except that you cant bring them to any GW store or any official tournament so its kinda defeats the purpose unless you are just looking for something to paint or playing with friends

I think GW is making a big mistake trying to compete with the rising number of private miniature printing services. These people have very little overhead compared to GW.
The prices of GW box sets is reaching terminal velocity.
I think GW should focus on the world-building. Campaigns, story lines. Take Rogue Trader, repair it and expand it to a Narrative story without the need for a gamesmaster.
Trying to compete for the miniature sales is a losing game.

I would never buy a third party model for warhammer. 40k isn't expensive at all. I have 5 3000 point armies. So I would know.

Show it for real, love puppets war but this video is fake representation of their product for I'm assuming the creators own gain. Models are resin, certain good quality and sturdy Nd need cleanup, and the printer you would need to print at this very fake (you can tell by the lighting if you've ever dabbled in cg) you would need to pay thousands to print at this quality
