Russian-installed officials in four occupied regions of Ukraine reported huge majorities of votes in favour of joining Russia as the United States planned a UN resolution condemning the referendums as shams and Russia remained defiant. FRANCE 24's Gulliver Cragg reports from Kyiv, Ukraine.

Ukraine should have been reading the writing on the wall and implement Minsk 1 and 2 Agreements and more recently reach agreement with Russia in March 2022. Unfortunately Ukraine gave in to Bobo in england and gave up agreement with Russia. The rule of the game has changed unfortunately.

Of course Russia will proceed with annexation. This was decided BEFORE the so-called referendum. Men of fighting age are fleeing Russia in their droves, and those in regions like the Donbas are already perfectly positioned. So we can expect a very rapid annexation followed by the almost immediate issue of call-up papers.

First of all, Europe must be freed from USA captivity before trying to talk about Russian Will, Russian leader is an outstanding leader, not a double standard leader as Western do
