wow, what an amazing market in barcelona, a place that i need to visit . the fresh fish is incredible when i was a mutch younger person our fish market i Espinho District of Aveiro, was absolutly out of this world !... sad to say a lot has been lost, which is every monday all day, this piticular market still big every monday, but in terms of fish its not the same anymore . beautiful recipe with the cod and squid .

But I have massive issues with Chris the totally useless camera man... Irritates me beyond belief... He used to film for Keith Floyd... We never saw a damn thing the camera always facing away from food that's being prepared Floyd was always telling him off fed up with the camera pointing at his head and not at the food years on he still doing the same dang thing.... We are missing everything that's being prepped because the camera is pointed to your head..now cannot tell you how irritating this is.. we are missing everything 😠
