Gov. Gavin Newsom on homelessness in California

Thursday in Sacramento, Gov. Gavin Newsom kicked off his tour across California in lieu of his State of the State address.Newsom focused the majority of his speech on Califonia's homeless crisis and said that California will spend about $30 million to build 1,200 small homes across the state this year.
