Thank you for not filming with an ultra wide angle lens on the exterior shots. Definitely gives us a better idea of how the truck really looks in person. Great review!

Nice job pointing out the differences between the two models.

I’m a base model 4wheel drive kinda guy. Love the truck. I’ll be sticking with my gutless 4cyl Tacoma for now I just feel trucks have gotten to big for their own good anymore. I’m 6 foot I shouldn’t have to climb up the side of a truck just to reach stuff in the bed. That being said this is definitely the baddest full size on the block now and probably for years to come.

We knew that the power would be good. The Ford Ecboost has awesome acceleration.

The main issue we Tundra V8 owners have is long term durability. I keep up with my maintenance and I truly expect my truck to eventually push to close to 1, 000, 000 miles without ANY major issues.

2:54.... awesome. Dad showing how's it's done and doesn't break character for a second.

The sr5 trd would be my pick. Everything you want in a truck. No need for the pro unless you go hardcore off-road. But with a lift, that green truck is probably all you need for 95% of your off road chores. Great video

Thank god they finally got rid of that fake hood scoop. I'd have been driving a Tundra over a decade ago if they didn't have those fake scoops.

I have a 2010. I love the new Tundra especially the styling and the power train options. I want a 1794 Hybrid with a 6.5 foot bed. Cannot wait.

I think this design is brilliant, so much better looking than the outgoing Tundra. Let's just hope that Twin turbo V6 keeps up with its big brother in terms of reliability. TRD pro wise, they could've done more to keep up with the competition. Especially with the Silverado ZR2 and f150 Tremor

Going to stick with 19 TRDPro for a while to be honest. The look is growing on me and I like the drive modes and rear locker but I’ve honestly never had an issue or gotten stuck with my current truck. Granted I’m not trying to take a truck places where a decked out jeep or side by side goes but for sand dunes, mud, towing a boat, etc it’s more than fine. Will need to test drive the new one. Exhaust note is important as well.

I think it looks great! I'm usually the guy who hates the new looks until a few years go by, then it grows on me. But not this Tundra! I think Toyota hit a home run and I wouldn't change a thing. Give it time and I'll bet people warm up to it.

Great video! One of the few channels that can articulate on a neutral and non annoying way.. haha happy to have stumble across your channel. Keep the TUNDRA videos coming!

I dont know if the looks will ever grow on me I do however like the SR5 better, the less technology and electronics the better . Not offering a V8 is the deal breaker though never a fan of the V6 sound . Had a first gen and loved it my 2015 Tacoma I wish I could make it quieter . Drive my 2011 Crown Vic most of the time and average 19 - 20 mpg around town, 3-4 mpg better than my Tacoma . I wait to see how the new Tundra holds up long term and what kind a mileage it gets .

That orange TRDPRO looks like a good teammate to you Steven. Thank you for the video.

On the looks. I can see how it's a bit polarizing. Toyota has been taking some chances on styling lately. On this one, I approve. If I were to spend money on a full size pickup, this would be it without a doubt.

It looks amazing. No matter how good a new vehicle looks, most will hate on it because its different and they arent used to it. Its crazy to me how good a product can be and all you hear is negativity.
