I loved this scene so much because there was nothing funny about it. The mcu has turned into a wannabe laugh factory and it’s kinda irritating to me. This scene showcased the pain and anger that Bruce banner goes through on a daily basis and he has to keep himself in check at all times or people will die. I don’t like a hero because they’re funny. I like a hero who is dealt a bad hand and still refuses to fall into despair.

Worst part is they completely ignore this after, no mention of it and no care.

Meanwhile someone like Wanda has the biggest tantrums and hurts so many and she's still seen as good.

I love how this is supposedly an ‘emotional’ scene with the music in the background, but if Banner didn’t put down the scepter, no-one could do shit. You had Tony and Steve arguing and at any moment, Bruce could get angry and kick their butts all over the Helicarrier.
