Former President Donald Trump said what many Americans were sure to have been thinking during an embarrassing moment for President Joe Biden during Thursday's Presidential Debate on CNN. "I really don't know what he said at the end of that sentence, and I don't think he knows what he said either," Trump quipped, after Biden mumbled through an answer about what he would do about the border.
