He doesn't contest for the ball, so I believe this overrules the penalty area or not debate. A red card in my opinion.

You should show the card being handed out in the video aswell

This would only be a yellow card as it was in the penalty area and wasn't a handball. Though the red could be given from two yellows? one for the dogso and one for kicking the ball away (delaying restart)?
