how do you check if that particular tv needs a firmware update or not? i have a sony bravia klv-40s550a HD and i dont know if it supports the ps4's hdr mode...i tried it and the ps4 says tv does not support hdr..do i need to still update the firmware ? or not? how do you check if that tv supports or not? i dont know if mine supports or not..would love to know.thanks!

Hello There, Hope you are OK. I have a sony bravia R55C and it still has youtube. Sadly it keeps loading all the time whilst I am trying to watch a video .It has been happening since day one.I have tried a factory reset and it didn't work. Any advice or help you could give me would be greatly appreciated.

My 40 Sony bravia is without youtube, it`s like my grandma Old Furniture TV but with HDMI inputs. Now tell me: whom the hell would ever buy a smart TV without YOUTUBE?? It is a big SCAM.
