I only stumbled across this video after I built a batch import and was left wondering why it was so painfully slow. Then watching this thing sloth it's way through your 5 test records was a good laugh. A quick typist could enter it faster than the batch import routine! What the crap is WS doing during the import that's taking so long? The keyed import I've already made is even faster than batch...

Leaving a comment for others as I had to spend 2 hours on the phone with UPS to figure this out:
If at the last step you are receiving an error message 37000 about the ODBC/Text Disc, make sure your file name does not have any spaces or special characters! I kept receiving this error and multiple customer service reps could not explain it & searching on google yielded no results. Finally I talked to a rep who was familiar with the issue and told me it was because I had spaces in my file name.

This is great. Is there a way to batch print ONLY the return labels without the sender label? For example, we want to provide a vendor a 100 return labels to keep on hand to use whenever they need to send stuff back to us.

Great video! I saw a couple questions and no replies though on how to do this with Third Party Billing - we need to send out 100 packages and use a customer's UPS #. I know we put TP in the billing field from video 1 but where do we put their UPS # in?

Excellent info! Very helpful! .... now can you do a video showing how to batch process using third party billing? We are encountering problems getting it to work. Specific error is third party customer name is blank but we've mapped the data source. If we DON'T select "Process shipments automatically after import" everything works as it should by manually processing the imported shipments but get a dialog box about customer ID already exists. Help?

Super helpful! Helped me process 350 identical packages to different addresses. Is there a way to download the shipping costs of each label after processing shipments this way?

What is the maximum label I can use to generate? Can i do international shipment? Do I need to call for pickup if I have already entered my account number to the software? Thanks! Great video!

The instructions are great, but I would like to save the list instead of processing it right away. I do see there is a distribution list tab on WorldShip, but I can't figure out how to save to it to come back to later.

Having the same issue as a lot of people in the comments. The "Map Your Small Package Shipment Fields:" is blank when I import my file. It is a CSV and there are no spaces or special characters in my headings.

This is FANTASTIC! My question is in regards to payment...can I do all this as a test without having to process payment? You mentioned the labels were printed, but does WorldShip automatically charge your UPS account at time of label processing? I guess I'm trying to figure out how far I can run a test without having to process an actual charge. Please let me know because I'm really interested in running some tests.

One thing I did not see was how to enter specific package sizes? I see that you set the package code, but are you just able to enter additional information in any field during the mapping process? Things like package reference, and size?
