HI, we have tried to import a CSV file. Unfortunately, we get a message that an error occurred while processing the file.
No record is evaluated as wrong, what else can it be?

Why does it tell me no shipments detected when I submit my file. Does renaming the file to something that makes sense to me make a difference?

Thanks! That helped me a lot. I talked with the technical support of UPS and the only thing the woman on the phone could say about my question (how the .csv should look like that the import would go) was "oh, I don't know that" and that's all... If i Need work, I go to UPS. If they ask me "why should we get you in the UPS team?" I can say now: I know more about UPS as your
employee's :'D

But I have a question: I am from germany, and I always get an error from the position where the point service should be. If I let "3" in there, the program says "The selected service is unavailable from origin to destination.". I also tested with (without the quotation marks): "1", "3", "ST" and "Standard". But everything makes an error.
Do you, or anyone else here who is reading the comments, know what the service needs to be in germany here? On the UPS Website is nothing what could help, I watched every mm of that site ...
