From what I asked the guys at work .... they say its because he didn't skim the rust off and also he's not holding much for the length and size and possibly too much depth of cut

.. nice machine.. until he used it .. I bet all the axis got misaligned.. Guy in the reflection looks dead inside .lol .. his facial expression don't move at all when the part ejects
