When will the Soundcore A20 be available in India?

Can we turn off the loud voice that tells us when change mode? Bluetooth mode/ SLEEP mode. This is counter productive for sleep buds, and the fact that volume of the voice is loud even if you're set to low volume makes it very irritating and inconfortable

I’m so disappointed, it’s very painful to sleep in them on my side, they’re very big for small ears, the plastic part is too hard on the cartilage. I ended up taking them out and using my regular silicone earplugs.
