I have a condition that's similar to a lazy eye where my brain won't use both eyes at the same time unless I'm actively trying to see out of both and sometimes the worse eye will go off in a random direction. It's because the muscle that connects my eyes to my brain is much smaller than it's supposed to be and has been since birth. Anyways, these types of videos where you have the viewer follow things with their eyes is the exact type of thing eye doctors would have me do to strengthen the muscle and I can feel the workout these videos give my eyes. Just wanted to let you know there are multiple uses for these sorts of videos and I really appreciate having them!
