Today I'm examining and testing your eyes!
The ASMR triggers you will encounter are: soft spoken voice and ear to ear whispers, writing sounds, personal attention, directions to follow and visual triggers (such as follow the light).

Interestingly, light triggers are my most potent ASMR trigger, but for years I was really photosensitive in really bright situations (stupidly bright days etc) and videos like these have helped alleviate that. Great video as always, perfect before sleep for another long work day tomorrow! :)
