Your video was the one that helped me finally setup my built-in mobile GeForce video card. I hadn't realized before that I would have to enable (uncomment) only nvidia-prime=True and keep nvidia-driver=True commented. When I did that, it immediately worked. Thanks!

Does this apply to batocera 40. There is no "Enable nvidia prime switcher" on the text in batocera 40.

if anyone has issues with low frame rates like 23-24, go to system-video output-hdmi-0, not auto. as soon as i did this it was night and day performance, left on vsync and didnt change res manually like other tutorials say too, best of luck!

I have an asus laptop with a gpu which is nvidia geforce GT 710M and I tried this method but just shows a black screen after the splash only.any idea why this is happening ??

Do you need to get the driver before hand? I know enough about the inner workings of OS code just to get by

How do you undo that command in xterm? I found that whenever I reboot my device I get a black screen ever since making this change

Hello, I watch your yt content about batocera, and I install Batocera latest version 37, it to my old laptop dell xps 14z,
I have an with Nvidia boot up, as you shown in your video, to remove "#" Nvidia driver true.
But my screen got black at boot up, I want to know that any method regarding legacy driver 390, install it to manually to avoid this type of stuff.

I have a dell laptop with intel integrated 4000 graphics +ATI 8570 2gb onboard graphic card. I installed everyrhing perfectly but when I checked "information" secrion in Batocera, the graphic is shown as Intel4000. How can I make ir use my another onboard 2gb ATI graphics. Any help is appreciated 🙏🙏
