The humming bird behind you was interesting. I use a beer cardboard 6 pack to carry salt, pepper, oil, water and a lighter, works great.

I found welding gloves at Harbor Freight work great at the grill, I also found the nitrile gloves at Harbor Freight. The prices were reasonable.
I really love this video, thank you.

How did I just notice the fact that you have easy to skip to sections on the video? That's awesome!

I think the most important list item is the fresh ground pepper. I spend a fair amount of time grinding pepper for all of my rubs. Fresh, coarse ground pepper packs a heck of a punch!

One thing I might add, a mop or brush for putting sauce on. Great videos!

I use aluminium foil a lot too. I turn my roasting basket into a drip pan with it when using the rotisserie. I also line my drip trays with it which has meant I’ve never had to buy a new pack of foil drip trays for my Weber. Cheap skate I know lol

Thanks for sharing, my ThermoWorks Thermapen MK4 is my favorite BBQ tool. It gets used the most and is well worth the money. Gonna add some tools you highlighted to my toolbox.

I would say for smoking or any longer cooks a dual probe thermometer is essential to me. That grate probe gives you a real time look at the temp at the same level of your meat. Then the leave in meat probe helps you to keep from under or overcooking your hard earned final results. Love your content and your channel. Keep up the great work.

Here are a few things that might help: boxes of Baking Soda (cheap natural fire extinguisher), bag of Large onions (Cheap natural way to clean grills and grates), and a wood splitter and rubber mallet (Safer than a hatchet for making kindling).
