I’ve been streaming with my pc for like 2 years now with obs and it’s giving me this now after a few updates to obs, highly doubt my pc can’t handle it

I've recommended streams at 3, 500k 720p 60 for Twitch. Not everyone has 1080p downloads, maybe with Twitches multistreaming this will change.

So i have the issue with i stream to kick i can play MWIII no issue but if i stream to twitch then i physically cant play MWIII even at 720p 30fps..
