To some pianist and non-pianist, it's actually muscles memory, since pianist usually after a bit of training only looks at the sheet.
Because learning many pages by heart is really complicated so when looking at the sheet it's impossible to look at your fingers

Kind of hurst seeing you guys posting this kind of videos to “show off” (in reality only those that don’t know how to play get amazed) instead of delivering high pianistic quality on your students’ performance. It doesn’t matter if she’s 7, it’s not surprising that she’s playing this piece, it would be surprising if she plays it right. You can hear dissonances and clustering the chromatic melody!!! This piece requires clarity and precision on each note.
