In this Video, I am going to share with you hot nature foods and drinks to consume in this chilly winter to keep your body warm and prevent infections and diseases that often appear especially in cold weather such as Cold, Cough and Fever. Also, these hot foods and beverages:
• Strengthen immune system
• Improve digestion.
• Moisturize skin.
• Reduce dryness inside and outside the body.
• Prevent laziness and make you active & energetic throughout the day.
Hot Drinks include:
1) Dates, Milk
2) Herbal Tea
3) Jaggery, Cardamom Tea and Coffee
4) Chicken Soup
5) Honey Water
Hot nature foods include:
1) Eggs
2) Meat (Chicken, Mutton, Beef)
3) Clarified Butter (Desi Ghee)
4) Nuts (Almond, Cashew, Walnut, Peanut etc.)
5) Jaggery
