I am easy to feel cold and my stomach can't handle cold food and drink. I have to eat and drink very warm stuff. Or else, I would have diarrhea. I am very thin, and had insomnia. But recently I sleep much better while taking vitamin D & K and paramin at night. And I am taking probiotics to improve my digestion.
