my favorite enes content - incredilble home. I like these "smaller" homes more. They don't have any wasted space. Every corner has a purpose. Mikey said it perfectly - this house feels so relaxing and welcoming. The foyer reminds me of walking into Barnes and Noble with the table full of books. This might be one of my favorite homes you’ve toured!

That shower in the master bedroom though! I love it! I feel like this house is the perfect size, like some of the houses you tour are just too big and too modern but this house it like the perfect mix of cozy and comfort. Sometime houses with a lot of concrete and marble look more like fancy prisons then they do actual homes but this house is so well balanced, its just perfect!

Double reverse marble processing is a nice detail. The garden is very spacious for the size of the plot and I liked the landscaping at the end. A beautiful house for the price and location.
