I take a walk along the promenade in Blackpool on a wild Thursday evening. Storm Bert is due to land in the early hours of Saturday morning with gusts up to 60mph.

Evening Stephen, thanks for the walkabout, the similarity between Blackpool Christmas markets etc and Manchester Christmas markets is non existent. One is of decent people enjoying themselves in a nice Xmas atmosphere, the other is miserable with armed police and druggies everywhere. Great video mate, cheers.

Its amazing how those lights withstand a storm they are invincible lol i think were in for a bad snow storm tonight some of the fair rides might not be running but still that doesnt stop the tourists i love the helterskelter i remember wizzingbdown 1 as a kid i used to love those slides lol . the tower looks amazing all lit up tonight and it looks exreamly cold in blackpool tonight still i wish i were there its a winder your feet arnt frozen i went outside into the back garden and it were boltic ❤️👍✋

Hi Stephen, awful weather there for your walk about. We had snow early hours this morning, the paths are treacherous, black ice all over, snow still on the garden, its still bitterly cold, snows forecast from 6 am in the morning for 3 hours then heavy rain for rest of sat into Sunday. Roll in spring 🌼, thanks for braving the weather, always love seeing the lights and tower, stay safe and keep warm, bye for now 😊x
