Be Aware of Legionnaires’

Welcome back to another educational video on Demystifying Medicine’s YouTube Channel! The focus of this video is on the respiratory illness, Legionnaires’ disease. In this video we will cover the historical context of the disease, its biological mechanisms, the legionella bacteria, clinical manifestations and symptoms, and current treatments and preventions.
