Throne of Glass is Maas's BEST series. It starts off incredibly, incredibly YA, but every book is better than the last. The second half of book 3 is where I went from "this is enjoyable" to "I'M INVESTED". It is the most traditional fantasy of her books, so if you aren't into fantasy, I'm not sure if you will like it? But her other adult series, Crescent City, is very modern, and more of a murder mystery, so you may enjoy that one the most out of her series!

Oh would definitely read "assasins blade" the Throne of Glass prequel! Its basically 5 novellas in one book that give you information you kinda need for the last couple books. You can read it before the entire series (what I did, it gives some great background info into Celaena) or you can do the "romantic reading order" where you read it after "heir of fire" which I heard people really liked that order as well :)
